Substitutions may be made at any time, but an administrative charge of £50 will be made for any bookings cancelled up to 14 days before the start of the course. After this time no fees are refundable.

The course runs from 9am to 5pm.
Lunch and refreshments are included and although overnight accommodation is not included, a discounted rate at the hotel is available on request.
